We request fees are paid monthly in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions - see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Your child will be funded for 15 hours per week by the government the term after your child becomes three years old. If you have a two-year old and you are receiving social security benefits, it may be possible to receive funding earlier. We will speak to you nearer the time regarding this. If you choose to claim your full government funding at another childcare provider, fees will be charged by us to cover costs. We are happy to split the funding with another childcare provider.
